ERP Data Analyst - Instructional Support Facility

Cherry Creek School District is seeking an ERP Data Analyst for the Instructional Support Facility. The role centers on data analysis, reporting, and production support for the enterprise Oracle ERP system, helping stakeholders translate business needs into effective information-system solutions. This on-site position is based in Colorado and requires collaboration with district teams to keep operations data-driven and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks (approx. 40%): Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries to support ongoing organizational needs.
• Daily tasks (approx. 30%): Support production operations performed by the Information Services team, including running reports, scheduled processes, uploads, and issue resolution.
• Daily tasks (approx. 10%): Participate in production support from troubleshooting through resolution.
• Daily tasks (approx. 10%):Develop internal processes or collaborate with third-party vendors to deploy business solutions.
• Daily tasks (approx. 10%): Integrate complex systems across multi-platform and multi-vendor environments, including transactional data collection systems, data warehouse/decision support systems, and other critical district systems.
• Daily tasks (approx. 5%): Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
• Daily tasks (approx. 5%): Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent training.
• Information technology experience.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and SaaS environments.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with PL/SQL, reporting packages, databases, programming, scripting, query writing, and ETL principles.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English, plus good interpersonal relations and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and explain processes and issues from a business perspective.
• Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
