Front-End AI Engineer: Agentic AI Studio & Agentic AI as a Service Specialist

Accenture is building front-end experiences for agentic AI, including an Agentic AI Studio and Agentic AI as a Service delivery layer. This onsite role in Mountain View, CA focuses on turning conversational, graphical, and multimodal AI interactions into intuitive, production-ready web interfaces that help users collaborate with AI, understand agent output, and act on recommendations.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop graphical user interfaces for conversational, visual, and multimodal interactions with AI agents.
• Build human-AI collaboration flows, including feedback, clarification, approvals, supervision, intervention, and escalation.
• Create experiences that make AI-generated insights, recommendations, decisions, and actions easy to understand and use.
• Develop AI-assisted agent development experiences such as automatically generated workflows, conversational configuration, and iterative refinement.
• Create interfaces for visual testing, debugging, simulation, and monitoring to help creators evaluate and improve agent behavior.
• Build interactive dashboards and information visualizations communicating agent performance, operational status, and business impact.
• Enable exploration of AI-generated insights, trend identification, issue investigation, and support for informed decisions.
• Implement customizable dashboards for business leaders, AI creators, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
• Design and develop client-facing Agentic AI applications aligned to specific business challenges and workflows.
• Integrate front-end apps with APIs, backend services, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, visualization libraries, and design systems.
• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, AI researchers, product teams, and engineers to prototype, evaluate, and refine AI experiences.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, continuous integration, and production releases.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a front-end, full-stack, or software engineer building and supporting production software applications.
• Minimum 3 years applying computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, system design, and programming.
• Minimum 2 years building modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing graphical user interfaces, interactive web applications, or data visualization interfaces.
• Minimum 2 years building and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Compensation and schedule

USD 59,100 - 205,800 per year. This is an onsite role in Mountain View, CA. Travel may be required based on business need and client requirements, varying from 0 to 100%.
