GENAI / MACHINE LEARNING AI / DATA Scientist

Hudson Manpower is seeking a GenAI and Machine Learning Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience to design and prototype AI solutions, including proofs of concept (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs). This position is fully remote, based in Minneapolis, MN, and is W2-only with no H1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) using AI and GenAI techniques, selecting appropriate tools and methods for each project.
• Apply a solid foundation in AI, deep learning, and machine learning to design solutions for complex problems.
• Program primarily in Python and leverage libraries and platforms such as Hugging Face, Langchain, and the OpenAI API.
• Work with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch to build and refine models.
• Leverage cloud AI services and platforms such as Google Model Garden, Amazon Bedrock, and Nvidia Nim to deploy and scale prototypes.
• Handle multi-modal data and utilize intelligent agent-based tools as part of AI solutions.
• Demonstrate a self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative approach to solving hard AI challenges.

Requirements

• No H1B candidates; all other eligible applicants will be considered.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related fields.
