Vforce Infotech is hiring a Generative AI Engineer to build and operationalize generative AI models alongside scalable big data pipelines.

Design, develop, and iterate on generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and machine learning/AI-based analysis techniques
Build scalable training pipelines for large datasets using AWS and machine learning cloud platforms
Perform statistical modeling and research analysis to validate model accuracy and robustness
Create and maintain ETL data pipelines using Talend and Hadoop to support training and analytics
Support data quality and integrity through pipeline and dataset preparation practices
Collaborate on database design and optimize SQL databases to enable efficient retrieval for training and deployment
Deploy generative AI models to production, focusing on scalability, performance, and integration with existing systems
Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to language understanding tasks in generative AI applications
Use R and SAS for research-driven insights, including predictive modeling analysis and statistical validation
Implement model evaluation strategies using Spark (including Spark implementation) to improve accuracy and reliability
Contribute to data mining strategies and big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and related analytics tools to extract actionable insights

Proven experience developing and deploying generative AI models with strong machine learning background, including TensorFlow or similar platforms
Hands-on expertise with big data systems, including Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies for large-scale processing
Programming experience in Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell) with focus on AI implementation and training workflows
Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools such as R or SAS for research and model validation
Experience with SQL databases, data analytics platforms like Looker or Talend, and cloud services such as AWS (or other machine learning cloud services)
Knowledge of NLP, predictive modeling analysis, data mining techniques, and scalability considerations for AI solutions
Quantum engineering concepts familiarity is a plus; passion for innovative technology is essential
Highly desirable: prior experience building scalable AI models for natural language understanding and/or generative tasks
