Job Description

Part-time Human Resources Data Analyst role onsite in Smithfield, RI for Bristol County Savings Bank, offering an annual salary of USD 60,000.

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
Conduct in-depth data analyses to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Create and maintain a QC schedule.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
