Human Resources Data Analyst

Part-time Human Resources Data Analyst role onsite in Smithfield, RI for Bristol County Savings Bank, offering an annual salary of USD 60,000.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
• Create and maintain a QC schedule.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
• Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
