The HR Data Analyst will build Workday reporting for HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal, while ensuring data quality across systems through remediation.
Role Overview
This role focuses on building Workday reporting to support HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal, and on generating and monitoring data quality reports within Workday, with accountability for remediation to ensure strong data quality.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end development of Workday reports and dashboards, from gathering business requirements to delivering solutions and measuring success.
- Audit Workday data, analyze results, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement necessary corrections across systems.
- Own government reporting initiatives, develop data for submissions, drive data quality, and streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc queries to analyze and communicate data as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Workday experience focused on data and reporting
- Experience loading Workday EIBs preferred
- Experience processing transactions within Workday preferred
- 1+ year of SQL experience preferred
- Proficiency with email, MS Office, and related business tools
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Strong prioritization skills to manage diverse requests
- Accountability for deliverables and data accuracy
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
