Bristol County Savings Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Human Resources Data Analyst to join our onsite team in North Attleboro, MA. This part-time role emphasizes turning HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The position offers USD 60,000 per year and requires a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Will create and maintain a QC schedule.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
Additional duties as required within the HR department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
