Human Resources Data Analyst
Job Description
Bristol County Savings Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Human Resources Data Analyst to join our onsite team in North Attleboro, MA. This part-time role emphasizes turning HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The position offers USD 60,000 per year and requires a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Will create and maintain a QC schedule.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
- Additional duties as required within the HR department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
- Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
