Job Description

This onsite role in Austin, TX for Qualcomm focuses on performance and people analytics to inform talent strategy and leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders.
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses and actionable insights to guide business decisions.
  • Perform comprehensive people analytics to assess workforce dynamics, engagement, retention, and other HR metrics.
  • Run scenario analyses to inform talent strategy and planning.
  • Partner with HR to advance data-driven approaches to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on performance and people analytics topics.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods and analytical tools to complex datasets.
  • Improve data collection processes and systems to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance and people analytics, plus data science.
  • Lead and manage small to mid-size performance and people analytics projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical outputs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and people related improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent abroad in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
