Job Description
AT&T is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst in Dallas, TX (onsite) to support HR data governance, access, and analytics for actionable workforce insights.
- Guide HR data governance by managing access requests and designing secure data views
- Develop dashboards, reports, tools, and workflows that improve understandability and usability of HR data
- Leverage HR and business data to surface trends, risks, opportunities, and workforce insights
- Apply analytics and statistical methods, including predictive modeling, to support recommendations
- Use BI tools to translate findings into business-ready outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Own and support legacy systems, including CENET and Webphone
- Support process improvement, change management, and access audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or related work
- Experience supporting data access controls, governance processes, and data security requirements
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases or data warehousing platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Experience in process improvement, change management, or audit
