Job Description

Skechers is seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Technology, Data & Analytics, and Digital teams in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Data & Analytics, and Digital roles at all levels.
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to capture role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
  • Design proactive sourcing approaches using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and targeted outreach to engage passive candidates in nice and competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking, talent mapping, and long-term relationship management.
  • Advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners with regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations aligned with business priorities.
  • Guide salary benchmarking and negotiate offers to secure top talent in competitive markets.
  • Develop a working understanding of various tech stacks and frameworks to effectively represent and assess engineering and data roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or with a staffing agency.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles across engineering, data & analytics, security, and related technical functions.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday or comparable platforms a plus.
  • Ability to flex across corporate functions, supporting recruiting efforts outside of Technology as business needs arise.
