Human Resources Data Analyst

Part-time onsite HR Data Analyst position in New Bedford, MA at Bristol County Savings Bank, offering a USD 60,000 annual salary and a focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service and responsiveness within approved authority to the organization and community served.
• Gather, examine, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Design and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor core HR metrics and surface trends.
• Perform in-depth data analyses to back HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation structures.
• Partner with HR professionals to implement data-driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks, including creation and maintenance of a quality-control schedule.
• Keep current with HR analytics best practices and evolving industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
• Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and key metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships with the HR team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
