Responsibilities

Gather and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys from multiple sources.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and identify trends.
Perform in-depth data analysis to inform HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation strategies.
Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Create and manage a quality control schedule.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
Additional responsibilities as needed within the HR department.

Independent Action

Performs work within established guidelines and procedures. Some problems may be resolved without direct involvement from a manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
