Part-time Human Resources Data Analyst position based onsite in Dighton, MA, focusing on analyzing HR data, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and identify trends.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to inform HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Create and manage a quality control schedule.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
- Additional responsibilities as needed within the HR department.

Independent Action
Performs work within established guidelines and procedures. Some problems may be resolved without direct involvement from a manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
- Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
