Data Analyst (HR Analytics)
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Combine mission and business analytics with a consultative approach to prepare reports and briefings and convey recommendations that support stakeholder decision making.
- Identify, collect, structure, and evaluate data from diverse sources to meet analytic needs and ready data for analysis using various data and visualization tools in line with governance, standards, and requirements.
- Collaborate with other data professionals and stakeholders to implement data structures and interfaces that are discoverable, cataloged, and accessible.
- Apply tools and algorithms to uncover trends and patterns, delivering actionable insights to address mission and business problems.
- Directly support HR programs, initiatives, operations, and decision-making with analytical expertise.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and interpreting statistical data to identify innovative solutions, trends, or relationships among variables that could influence research outcomes, including AI solutions.
- Experience applying mathematical principles or statistical methods to solve moderately complex problems in scientific or applied fields.
- Experience preparing statistical reports, including graphics or other visual representations of information.
- Experience exploring and contributing ideas for innovative solutions, including AI-based approaches.
- Experience communicating data, complex information, and analytical conclusions to varied audiences using diverse visualization tools and methods.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may satisfy the requirement, such as 24 semester hours (or 36 quarter hours) in eligible fields plus relevant experience applying analytical tools and algorithms.

- Salary: USD 85,447 - 158,322 per year
