Human Resources Data Analyst

Part-time Human Resources Data Analyst role located onsite in Cranston, RI, at Bristol County Savings Bank. The position involves analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making. The role offers an annual salary of USD 60,000 and requires a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service within the scope of authority and expertise to customers and the community the bank serves.
• Collect, examine, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and uncover trends.
• Perform in-depth data analyses to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation planning.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to design data-driven solutions addressing HR challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain a quality-control schedule.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new trends in HR analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
• Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and build collaborative partnerships with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
