Human Resources Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality service to customers and the community within the scope of authority and expertise.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and identify trends.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions for HR challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks; establish and maintain a QC schedule.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
• Additional duties as required within the HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
• Experience working with HR data, trends, and metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
