Role overview
Under supervision within the People and Culture team, the People and Culture Data Analyst will sustain and expand the HRIS system UKG Ready/Kronos. The role collaborates with Directors, Program Managers, Database Developers, and other users to ensure data integrity, usability, and compliance. You will translate data into actionable insights using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and support compensation analysis, program audits, and compliance oversight. This position also serves internal and external stakeholders by providing ongoing data support and high level technical assistance to the People and Culture team and related departments.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing maintenance and development of the HRIS system UKG Ready/Kronos, collaborating with People and Culture colleagues, Department Directors, Program Managers, and database developers.
- Research, ideate, and implement system changes to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Analyze data trends across the agency and communicate findings clearly.
- Translate complex concepts into decision-ready information using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Assist with compensation analysis, processing, and tracking activities.
- Provide program audit support.
- Support compliance oversight within People and Culture processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer technical support to the People and Culture team and other internal teams to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.

- Salary: USD 34.12 - 37.90 per hour
- Work arrangement: Regular, 30 hours per week, 12 months per year
