Job Description
Part-time Human Resources Data Analyst role onsite at Bristol County Savings Bank in Attleboro, MA. The position centers on collecting and interpreting HR data, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to support HR initiatives. Collaboration with HR professionals is essential to address HR challenges and improve people-related outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which it serves.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Will create and maintain a QC schedule.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
- Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
