Job Description
Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Lead Product Owner for the Boundary Applications and Analytics team to guide strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise and operational reporting within the Decision Support Center space. This hybrid role in Richmond, VA partners with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver decision support built around a “one source of truth” approach with speed and quality.
Role Overview
As Lead Product Owner, you will own product direction for the Decision Support Center, aligning product strategy with stakeholder needs in enterprise and operational reporting. You will use research, analytics, and roadmap planning to improve operational efficiency and increase business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy.
- Determine customer needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses and market validation across multiple customers and products to identify adjacencies and new market opportunities.
- Manage and communicate a detailed product roadmap.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to drive business value and prioritize roadmap items.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve operational efficiency and strengthen business impact.
- Collaborate with business, Finance, and Reporting teams to define, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Communicate clearly with business leaders on changes, how they affect stakeholders, and how changes align with company goals.
- Work with Project Management to ensure product delivery is on time and properly scoped.
- Coordinate alignment between delivery teams, customer groups, and leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage product health using analytics and customer feedback sessions, providing ongoing commentary to leadership.

- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of Product Management/Product Owner experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- Experience with data and analytics platforms, including Power BI, Azure, and reporting tools.
- Strong product lifecycle ownership, including strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
- Experience partnering with Finance and business stakeholders on reporting and data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.

Compensation and Location
- Location: Richmond, VA (hybrid)
- Salary: USD 8,470 - 14,834 per monthly
