Machine Learning Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, software developers, product managers, data analysts, and clinical and operations staff to deliver impactful machine learning solutions.
- Support the full lifecycle of AI and ML projects from ideation through deployment and ongoing maintenance, including data/feature engineering, training, evaluation, testing, and monitoring.
- Develop pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying models to production.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, causal inference, and other advanced analytics to uncover meaningful insights.
- Advise stakeholders on experimentation best practices and assist in designing and implementing A/B/n testing as needed.
- Stay informed about current trends in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology to inform project work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 1 or more years of experience in a machine learning related role, or PhD
- At least 1 year of experience with Python
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Git and issue tracking tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with Linux and CLI

Compensation
USD 105,000 to 115,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location and may fall outside the stated range. This role may be eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus in accordance with the Company's applicable incentive compensation.
