Manager Financial Analytics

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Manager Financial Analytics to support the ongoing management of hospital financial operations. In this onsite role in Atlanta, GA, you will partner with department leaders and Finance to develop management reporting and analysis that supports day-to-day and strategic decision-making.

Working across budgeting, project accounting, and performance measurement, this position focuses on turning financial data into actionable insights for the organization. You will help lead core analytic activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure financial operations are supported with clear reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing management of the hospital’s financial operations.
• Lead project accounting.
• Contribute to business case development.
• Perform variance analysis to evaluate performance against expectations.
• Develop and support department level budgets.
• Measure and track performance of new services.
• Conduct labor analysis.
• Collaborate with entity department leaders and other Finance departments to develop and deliver management reports and meaningful data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or a business-related field is required.
• 5 years of progressive work experience in a Finance role, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare environment, is required.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or a business-related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.

Work Experience

• 5 years of progressive work experience in a Finance role, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare environment, is required.
