Job Description

The Master Data Analyst role at CFS supports a hybrid team in Uniontown, OH focused on keeping critical business information accurate, consistent, and usable across core systems. In this position, you will help maintain and govern master data tied to ERP and business platforms, while also contributing analysis, reporting, and process improvements that support day-to-day operations and longer-term growth.

This role is based in Northeast Ohio with a Monday to Friday schedule. Compensation for the position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, validate, and govern master data records across ERP and business systems.
  • Analyze data trends, inconsistencies, and quality issues, then provide recommendations to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency across functions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses that support business decision-making.
  • Support ERP system enhancements, including data migrations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and document data standards, procedures, and governance practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, master data management, or ERP administration within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • SQL and reporting tools experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and process improvement methodologies.
