This onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX centers on turning raw data into interactive Tableau visualizations, defining KPIs, and delivering data‑driven insights to support cross‑functional decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain end to end Tableau solutions
  • Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators
  • Conduct data driven analyses to inform decisions
  • Present findings in clear, stakeholder friendly formats
  • Foster collaboration across functions to align on requirements and outcomes
  • Identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining end to end Tableau solutions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and Power Pivot; familiarity with advanced functions or VBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex findings to technical and non technical audiences
  • Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and visual narratives that drive decision making
  • Collaborative ability to work with cross functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible schedule capability
  • U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
