OneStream Financial Data Analyst

Contract OneStream Financial Data Analyst role for Jefferson Wells in Rochester Hills, MI (hybrid) at USD 65 per hour to support a large enterprise client during a financial systems transformation, focusing on validating, reconciling, and analyzing data as the organization moves from HFM to OneStream with a go-live planned for August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial data flows from source systems into OneStream, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform thorough data reconciliations and tie-outs across HFM, OneStream, and supporting schedules.
• Identify, investigate, and document data discrepancies or process gaps.
• Support validation activities after consolidations are enabled, ensuring results align with expected financial outcomes.
• Provide ad hoc financial data analysis and reporting support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, data analysis, or financial consolidation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience analyzing and validating large, complex financial data sets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain findings to business and technical stakeholders.
