Job Description
The Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking a Page Wide Print Data Analyst to turn enormous streams of press telemetry into actionable insights. This onsite, Corvallis-based role focuses on reducing downtime, optimizing consumables, and advancing customer success across a global footprint. You will work at the intersection of data and operations to help support teams make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analytics to inform the support organization
- Develop tailored reports and dashboards for internal and external use to enhance customer operations
- Generate insights into how customers use our devices
- Create and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or significant experience in demanding problem-solving environments
- Minimum of three years’ experience supporting products and end customers
- Proven commitment to leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve speed, quality, and learning, with the ability to explain and share your approach with others

Salary
Annual salary: USD 83,000.00 – 120,350.00
