Job Description

Amazon's Ads division is expanding its brand measurement capabilities to help advertisers connect media investments with real customer outcomes. In the MADS space, the Principal Product Manager – Technical for Brand Measurement will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data-driven reporting products, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate data into actionable insights. This onsite role is based in New York, NY with a salary range of USD 197,900 to 267,800 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree along with 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery and 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative brand measurement solutions for advertisers across Amazon Ads.
  • Enable advertisers to measure, analyze, and optimize their brand-building campaigns within the Amazon Ads ecosystem.
  • Deliver performance reporting and actionable insights that connect media spend to real customer outcomes.
  • Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical brand measurement solutions to maximize brand-building impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data-driven reporting products.
  • Help advertisers understand campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business results.
  • Work backward from customer needs to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures capable of processing billions of impressions and conversions daily.
  • Drive adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in technical product management
