Quality Data Analyst
Job Description
Based onsite in St. Louis, MO, the Quality Data Analyst supports Quality Control through data entry, analysis, and dashboard assistance. The role includes tracking third‑party deviations in PCS and aiding submittal reviews to support project quality and compliance.
Role Summary
The Quality Data Analyst collects and analyzes construction project data, generates insights and dashboards, and ensures data governance across the program. This role supports quality metrics and works with cross‑functional teams to inform decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to construction projects.
- Produce weekly, quarterly, and on‑demand reports to inform team members and leadership of trends and statistics within the company and industry.
- Interpret key business needs and translate them into dashboard data, metrics, and dimension requirements.
- Share solutions and collaborate with the broader analytics, business intelligence, and internal IT community.
- Pursue ongoing self‑learning to advance capabilities in Power BI, Measure Up, and Snowflake.
- Display a strong interest in big data, data science, and predictive modeling.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and risk policies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and document processes and procedures that streamline business practices.
- Assist in the submittal review of concrete and related items.
- Establish training logs and track field operations training.
- Read and track third‑party reports and deviations.
- Develop training materials and tracking logs.
- Audit file storage for all projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Construction Management.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience using ACC Forma.
- Experience developing data models and dashboards.
- Experience gathering business requirements for reporting needs.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Highly responsive and driven for a demanding work environment.
