Support NIH-funded multimodal research by managing data, maintaining analytic workflows, and enabling reproducible analyses.

Manage, organize, and maintain research datasets, including MRI, clinical, and behavioral data
Ensure dataset accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data security standards
Collaborate with technical staff to implement and maintain neuroimaging processing pipelines (including fMRI preprocessing workflows)
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis using established statistical and computational methods
Write and maintain processing and analysis scripts using Python, R, MATLAB, and Unix
Work with investigators and external partners to support data access, data sharing, and reproducible workflow usage
Create reports, summaries, and visualizations to support research findings for publications and presentations
Carry out related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in data science, psychology, statistics, computer science, or a related field
4 years of related experience
Experience with data cleaning, organization, and statistical analysis
Familiarity working with large or complex datasets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based research environment

Additional confirmation of 4 years in data management, data analysis, or research support
Experience working with neuroimaging or MRI data
Familiarity with neuroimaging preprocessing tools, such as FSL, AFNI, SPM, and fMRIprep
Experience with data visualization and reporting
Experience supporting academic manuscripts or presentations
