Job Description
In this Sales Data Analyst role, you will help the sales organization make informed decisions by building reporting solutions, running analyses, and translating validated sales data into clear insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Quicksight to deliver actionable insights for sales and leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses using Excel and other data analysis tools to support sales initiatives and address key business questions
- Turn findings into presentations by summarizing data with useful visuals and commentary for sales leadership
- Track and report global sales KPIs while ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency of data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, including regular interaction with sales and operational leadership
- Perform routine data quality checks and validation to protect the integrity of sales data
- Support the creation of standardized reports to improve reliability and consistency in data presentation
- Provide insights that support data-driven sales strategies and performance
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales analytics
- Proficiency with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight
- Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience or exposure to tools in the modern data stack, such as dbt (Data Build Tool) and cloud data warehouses (for example, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks)
- Proven ability to create and present clear visuals and commentary to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Experience or exposure to the technology or SaaS industry
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage tasks against defined objectives
- Experience building effective internal relationships across related functions

Benefits
- US salary range: $83,000.00 - $134,000.00 per year
- Discretionary bonus typically paid annually
