Job Description
Base salary: USD 164,000 per year, with a hybrid work arrangement in Waco, TX, including the option to work remotely from within Texas. The role centers on advanced analytics using predictive modeling, machine learning, and related techniques to support pricing improvements, analytics modernization, and CAT modeling initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analytics using predictive modeling, machine learning, and other advanced techniques.
- Be part of a team working to advance pricing, revamp insurance analytics, and incorporate CAT modeling.
- Lead multiple projects and apply advanced SQL and Python skills.
Requirements
- ACAS or FCAS designation
- At least 5 years of actuarial experience
- Proven data science skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects
- Advanced SQL skills
- Python skills
