Senior Data Analyst

An onsite opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma invites a Senior Data Analyst to lead a Care Management application platform at the University of Oklahoma. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on design, development, and ongoing support using C#, .NET 8, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server to support a large population within the Health Access Network.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead developer for a Care Management platform currently used by a team of about 15 staff to manage a substantial member population.
• Provide technical leadership for application design, development, enhancement, and support activities.
• Drive technical initiatives, mentor developers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex application issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies while upholding established software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 48 months of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field
• Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of data analysis or business analysis experience may substitute for the degree, totaling 96 months of experience
