Job Description
KellyOCG is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month+ engagement based in New Brunswick, NJ. The position is full-time and fully benefited, with a focus on reliability data through day-to-day quality operations, automation support, and ongoing reporting and documentation.
Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, you will collaborate across supply chain functions to understand data needs, improve quality across systems, and help drive corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and support the resolution process.
- Support automation by building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
- Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with teams and organizations within Supply Chain to understand data requirements and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience.
- Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools, with exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, and ETL.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains including material, vendor, customer, BOM, and inventory.
- May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
- Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
- Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.

Compensation: USD 60-70 per hour
