Job Description

KellyOCG is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month+ engagement based in New Brunswick, NJ. The position is full-time and fully benefited, with a focus on reliability data through day-to-day quality operations, automation support, and ongoing reporting and documentation.

Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, you will collaborate across supply chain functions to understand data needs, improve quality across systems, and help drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and support the resolution process.
  • Support automation by building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
  • Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with teams and organizations within Supply Chain to understand data requirements and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience.
  • Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools, with exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, and ETL.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains including material, vendor, customer, BOM, and inventory.
  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach focused on continuous improvement and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability in communication and partnership across teams.

  • This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
  • Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (onsite)
Compensation: USD 60-70 per hour
