Job Description

Drive actionable intelligence and analytics for law enforcement and government operations in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rigorous analysis of relevant data sources to investigate, interpret, and produce actionable intelligence.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities by managing and prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency.
  • Build and deliver professional solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Apply a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and risks to design and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and future solution development.
  • Make empowered, timely decisions using available data, situational context, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of internal and external data sources to ensure analysis is accurate and relevant.
  • Support colleagues and leadership to strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and drive service solutions.
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships by advising on best practices, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with key internal stakeholders and external customers in line with business standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and/or military service.
  • U.S. citizenship and Active TS clearance required, at a minimum.
  • Law enforcement or government contractor experience preferred, but not required.
  • Extensive experience supporting law enforcement or a government agency as a direct employee or contractor.
  • Proven ability to independently review, interpret, and comply with government contracts, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of public records and strong understanding of personal, commercial, and/or governmental data sources and use cases.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LexisNexis tools, platforms, and products.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies used for advanced analytical workflows and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership with strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

Location and Compensation

  • Location: Washington, DC (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 78,800 - 131,300 per year

  • Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of the role.
  • Required to pass the standard company background check for all employees and an enhanced criminal background check by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners, conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) security policy.
  • Ongoing criminal background checks may be required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners.
  • Candidates/employees not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform essential functions.
  • Failure to obtain or maintain CJIS compliance may result in reassignment or termination.
