Job Description
Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support a mission-critical government program focused on analytics, process modernization, and operational decision support. The role is hands-on and senior in nature, prioritizing scalable data workflows, production-ready solutions, and impactful visualizations, with the work conducted on-site in Tacoma, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end data science solutions that handle large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Build reusable Python workflows to support analytics, automation, and data pipelines.
- Spot patterns, trends, and anomalies across structured and unstructured data to inform operational decisions.
- Develop clear, intuitive visualizations and dashboards that integrate smoothly into daily workflows.
- Act as a technical subject-matter expert, mentoring colleagues while remaining hands-on.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into concrete technical requirements and delivered solutions.
- Research, prototype, and deploy advanced methodologies including AI/ML, network analytics, and statistical modeling.
- Contribute to analytics products aligned with NGA and DNI standards, including ABI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph required after onboarding.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, military service, training, and professional experience.
- Proven experience supporting Intelligence Community or national security missions.
- Experience in analytics pipeline development.
- Automation and data ingestion capabilities, including APIs.
- Production-ready workflows.
- Proficiency with Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, and Bokeh for visualization.
- Experience with Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Ability to operate independently, lead technically, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
Salary: USD 140,000 to 150,000 per year.
Security clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance is required; CI Polygraph is required after onboarding. Top Secret clearance is preferred.
