Help train AI systems by reviewing quantitative outputs and giving feedback that improves how models reason about data, analysis, and predictions.

Assess AI-generated quantitative work for technical accuracy and real-world validity, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-driven insights
Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems (forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, statistical inference)
Produce clear technical explanations backed by well-documented analytical code
Deliver feedback that directly informs the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning

3+ years of hands-on experience in a quantitative role or research environment (data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or adjacent fields)
Coding experience required, with comfort writing and reviewing analytical code end-to-end
Practical experience applying statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including examples like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
Fluency in English (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar); Master’s is preferred and an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is a plus
Relevant credentials are a plus, such as Kaggle Competition ranking and/or AWS/GCP ML certifications (or equivalent demonstrated expertise)
