Location and Compensation
Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite)
Salary: USD 174,000 – 253,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced agentic workflows enabling models to intelligently utilize tools and data to tackle complex problems.
- Engineer the runtime infrastructure for maximum speed and reliability, minimizing latency for state-of-the-art models and features.
- Collaborate closely with research scientists and product managers to convert AI research and user needs into robust, scalable, and impactful features.
- Design and implement testing and evaluation frameworks to benchmark performance, accuracy, and efficiency of agentic workflows, driving continuous improvement.
- Own the production environment, leading debugging efforts, improving system observability, and ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of the agent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
- 1 year of experience with one or more of the following areas: generative AI, large language modeling, reinforcement learning (sequential decision making), recommendation systems, or specialization in another ML field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building or using AI Agents and productionizing large language and multimodal models.
