Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Application

This role centers on advancing Agentic AI capabilities as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, collaborating with GAI framework experts to design features, apply large language model technologies, and scale the product to additional customers and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GAI framework experts to understand current capabilities and best practices.
• Design and implement stakeholder and end-user product features using Agentic AI techniques to deliver business value.
• Coordinate with Product Management, UX, and GTM teams to define, scope, and validate deliverables.
• Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high quality and scalable engineering.
• Identify patterns and feedback to drive enhancements of the Agentic AI framework.
• Develop into a well-rounded product engineer with the ability to apply LLM technologies for impactful products and strategic influence.

Requirements

• Ability to lead other engineers and oversee end-to-end project delivery; strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Seven or more years of professional experience in scalable system development.
• Strong product sense and a passion for building scalable web or conversational UI products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Constant desire to learn and willingness to step outside of comfort zones.
