Job Description

DataAnnotation, rooted in data-driven AI work and education, is looking for a Data Analyst who will serve as an AI trainer by crafting diverse coding challenges, evaluating AI-generated code, and delivering feedback that guides model improvement. This role is remote with a flexible schedule and is based in Brockton, MA, offering exposure to multiple programming languages and AI-focused projects as you contribute to the next generation of AI systems.

Responsibilities

Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems
Write clear, high-quality code samples accompanied by detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability
Provide feedback that informs the development of future AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred
