Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a contract-based Data Analyst - AI Trainer to help train AI models by designing and solving coding problems, drafting code snippets, and evaluating AI-generated code. This fully remote, project-based role is based in Brockton, MA, with the option to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets with detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide feedback that directly informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from USD 50 to 100 per hour. Payments are processed via PayPal, which handles currency conversions from USD.
