Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation, rooted in data-driven AI work and education, is looking for a Data Analyst who will serve as an AI trainer by crafting diverse coding challenges, evaluating AI-generated code, and delivering feedback that guides model improvement. This role is remote with a flexible schedule and is based in Brockton, MA, offering exposure to multiple programming languages and AI-focused projects as you contribute to the next generation of AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems
• Write clear, high-quality code samples accompanied by detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability
• Provide feedback that informs the development of future AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred
