Salary: USD 73,450 - 132,775 per year

Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and optimize enterprise data lifecycle processes covering ingestion, storage, usage, archiving, and retention
- Support governance initiatives by defining standards, validation rules, metadata management, and quality controls
- Integrate diverse data sources across federated systems to enable interoperability for mission requirements
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise data repositories and storage environments
- Perform data quality assessments and implement standardized processes to improve reliability and reduce manual work
- Conduct configuration management and controlled documentation reviews to ensure alignment, traceability, consistency, and versioning
- Analyze data structures, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improved accessibility, efficiency, and reliability
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, briefing materials, and technical artifacts related to data governance, repository management, and integration
- Support the integration of new data models, standards, schemas, and artifacts into existing enterprise environments
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to support evolving mission data requirements
- Provide recommendations to improve data architecture, governance policies, interoperability standards, and repository performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations through written documentation, visuals, and briefings tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- BA/BS with 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, data integration, or enterprise data environments; or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- Experience supporting enterprise data lifecycle management and governance initiatives
- Experience with data integration, interoperability, metadata management, and repository administration
- Knowledge of configuration management, version control, and documentation governance
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and briefing materials
- Proficiency with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Access, or equivalent
- Experience supporting enterprise data repositories, storage environments, or data management platforms
- Ability to analyze data-related processes and recommend improvements to data quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
