Job Description

Accenture Flex is seeking a Senior ETL Engineer/Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data solutions, including ETL pipelines, while guiding data engineering initiatives across multiple teams in a hybrid onsite role based in Charlotte, NC. The position emphasizes hands-on data engineering with collaboration across functions to ensure scalable, reliable data workflows aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows.
Provide technical mentorship and support to team members to improve overall project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data engineering solutions align with business goals.
Diagnose and resolve data processing issues to maintain high data quality and system reliability.
Spearhead ongoing improvements to data architecture and engineering best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with ETL platforms such as Informatica and Datastage
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
Minimum 5 years of experience with Autosys, CI/CD automation
Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux scripting
High School Diploma/GED
