Senior ETL Engineer/Data Engineer
Job Description
Accenture Flex is seeking a Senior ETL Engineer/Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data solutions, including ETL pipelines, while guiding data engineering initiatives across multiple teams in a hybrid onsite role based in Charlotte, NC. The position emphasizes hands-on data engineering with collaboration across functions to ensure scalable, reliable data workflows aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to team members to improve overall project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data engineering solutions align with business goals.
- Diagnose and resolve data processing issues to maintain high data quality and system reliability.
- Spearhead ongoing improvements to data architecture and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ETL platforms such as Informatica and Datastage
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Autosys, CI/CD automation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux scripting
- High School Diploma/GED
