Experis is seeking an AI-Data Scientist - Expert to drive cross-functional data and analytics initiatives onsite in Southlake, TX.

Convert raw internal data into trusted datasets, deliverable insights, and executive-level dashboards.
Own the end-to-end analytics stack, including data ingestion, modeling, pipeline engineering, and dashboard delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify questions, translate them into scalable data products, and communicate findings effectively.
Lead data migration efforts from Alteryx to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Design and implement dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.

7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server workflows.
Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, including performance optimization and data modeling.
Extensive experience developing reporting solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI.
Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and BigQuery optimization techniques.
