Realign LLC is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable machine learning and generative or agentic AI solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions to address complex business problems
Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, covering data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
Develop advanced Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
Design and implement Agentic AI frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, and related technologies
Build and deploy multimodal AI solutions integrating text, image, audio, and video capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Architects) to define AI strategies and roadmaps
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend options to improve business outcomes
Ensure AI systems align with performance, scalability, security, and governance requirements
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote AI engineering best practices
Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and solution impact to stakeholders and leadership

Experience: 8+ years
Experience designing, building, and optimizing machine learning pipelines
Core Python fundamentals: OOP concepts, Functions and Modules, Iterators and Generators, Exception handling, Decorators, Typing and Data classes, Data Structures and Algorithms, Design Patterns
Machine learning tools: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Matplotlib
Generative and agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Pinecone, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Gemini APIs, LangGraph Agents
