Job Description

Vibotek LLC seeks an experienced AI engineer and data scientist to lead the architecture, design, and development of a cloud-native, configuration-driven, event-based platform for healthcare payer workflows and Payment Integrity systems in St. Louis, MO onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full lifecycle engineering programs from concept to delivery
  • Set architectural direction and contribute hands-on across modules
  • Design and implement scalable metadata-driven and rule-engine platforms
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps
  • Mentor engineers, enforce engineering best practices, and uphold quality standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python or Java
  • Background with configuration-driven platforms and rule engines
  • Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with AWS services: EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB
  • CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps experience
  • Healthcare domain expertise with a focus on Payment Integrity
