AI Platform Data Engineer, Ring Agent Platform Org

This position focuses on designing and delivering scalable data platforms and solutions for the Ring Agent Platform, supporting subscription lifecycle analytics, service performance monitoring, and self-service reporting.

Role Summary

As an AI Platform Data Engineer, you will develop platforms and data solutions that scale, enabling AI-assisted analytics for subscription lifecycles, monitoring of service health, and accessible self-service reporting within the Ring Agent Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, privacy-conscious data pipelines and curated datasets for AI/ML use, contributing to AI-native self-service data platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Subscription, Finance, and Monitoring Services to capture requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and sustain curated datasets for agent-centric analysis of customer lifecycles, churn signals, and service health metrics.
• Construct and operate data pipelines leveraging AWS services and internal Amazon tools, incorporating automation to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to self-service data platforms that enable stakeholders to access and explore subscription and monitoring data.
• Implement data governance components including data classification, PII detection, and lineage tracking.
• Facilitate working sessions to help stakeholders understand and adopt data capabilities collaboratively.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of data engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience designing and operating highly available, distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
