Job Description
Based in Auburn Hills, MI on-site, Stellantis seeks a seasoned Business & Data Analyst to join the Commercial Analytics team and build scalable data products that power performance measurement across sales, incentives, and payments, with strong governance and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data products
- Develop a deep understanding of required data, data sources, and data lineage
- Facilitate the design and scoping of deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align on outcomes
- Conduct testing and validation of data products
- Implement and deploy solutions in production environments
- Provide ongoing user support and training as needed
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities and timelines
- Translate a vision into an operational project and drive it to completion in uncertain contexts
- Define measurable success criteria and track progress against them
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft creative solutions for complex problems
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles
- Balance competing priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to satisfy requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Operations Research
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to evaluate processes and data objectively
- Solid problem formulation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects and driving change management
- Ability to collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
