Job Description

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Business Data Analyst II to develop Power BI reports and data models that deliver actionable insights and drive efficiency in warehouse operations. This onsite role is based in Westerville, Ohio, with a salary range of USD 55,000 to 90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to guide operational decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end Power BI development, including data visualization and back-end data model design
  • Cleanse, structure, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical methods to reveal trends and support improvements
  • Partner with site and sector leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction
  • Support HR, Finance and other teams with tailored analytical solutions to address evolving business requirements
  • Present complex data findings through clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Capable of integrating data from multiple systems that support operations, such as the Warehouse Management System and timekeeping platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or four years of equivalent professional experience, required
  • Two years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports, required
  • Onsite work is required for this role
