Job Description

Own the analytics that help leadership make operational decisions. In this onsite role in Atlanta, GA, USA, you will translate complex business data into clear, strategic narratives through end-to-end data preparation, modeling, metric validation, and reporting. You will also work on automated alerts and deep-dive trend analysis across KPIs, OKRs, programs, and headcount to support GGI leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end data preparation, analytical modeling, and metric validation for regular reporting, turning complex operational datasets into actionable strategic narratives for stakeholders.
  • Run deep-dive trend analyses across core business areas such as headcount management, program management, OKRs, and KPIs, creating proactive insights and automated alerts for senior leadership.
  • Partner with StratOps leads to build analytical tracking frameworks, provide status reporting, and deliver performance insights for key business functions.
  • Continuously evaluate data and provide recommendations to improve overall data quality.
  • Enable the CoS office with data models and what-if scenarios that support operational decision-making.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations.
  • 3 years of experience with statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.

Compensation and benefits

  • US: USD 124,000 - 177,000 per year + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
  • 15% bonus target

Preferred qualifications

  • 2 years designing and implementing KPI frameworks, OKR tracking, and headcount management analytics for senior leadership.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous business requirements and modeling complex what-if scenarios.
  • Experience with data governance best practices and proactively identifying automated solutions to improve data quality.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) or Large Language Model (LLM) tools to accelerate analytical workflows, deep-dive trend analyses, or automated reporting.
