Data analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources, transforming it into actionable insights.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and relationships in data, and construct predictive models to support organizational objectives.
• Deliver reports to upper management and help formulate strategies to address business problems.
• Monitor data integrity and quality, and correct inconsistencies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop and manage data visualization tools and databases.
• Communicate and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (required).
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in query languages and tools including SQL, R, and Python.
• Knowledge in statistical methodologies and data modeling is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to non-technical clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
